How can I participate in your auctions?
If you would like to discuss with us selling Machinery or Real Estate, whether at one of our Annual Consignment Sales or as a Farm Sale, please give us a call at the Rimbey Sales Yard - (403) 843-2747 or our Hwy #16/Rge Rd 185 Sales Yard - (780) 208-2508. We will be able to guide you step by step through a plan personalized for you which will include our extensive advertising program, sale set up, and prompt payout.
Where do I pick up my purchased items?
The Pickup locations for Farm Sales are noted on the invoices. For Machinery Sales - Customers should be aware that we have 2 yards. One Located in Rimbey (3940 50th Ave) & the Other at our East Central Yard (1/2 East of Edmonton on Hwy #16)
How do I place a bid?
By Clicking on the Register to Bid Button in the Online Sales Section of our Website What is a bid extension? If an item is bid on in the Last 2 Minutes of the Lot Selling, the bid time is extended by 2 minutes to allow all customers an opportunity to bid. Some Lots are group lots, which means they are grouped together. This does not mean you have to buy all lots in this group, but the bidding will remain open on all the lot's until there are no more bids on any lots at their closing time.
I've requested to bid and I am not approved, now what?
Please contact the Rimbey Office at (403) 843-2747 or the East Central Office at (780) 208-2508 during normal business hours to complete the registration process.
Do you offer shipping?
No, but we can try to assist you in locating a trucking company that may suit your needs. I can't make a pickup date but I want to bid on an item. What should I do? You must contact the Either of our Office to make arrangements, however storage fees may apply.
When do I pay for my items?
Once the sale is complete and invoice will be sent out with all payment information. I'm from out of the area, how do I pay for my items? Payment details are available on your invoice including EFT & Credit Card options.
